The terms and conditions that govern the use of the Supersticioso application and related services.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Supersticioso application ("we", "our", or "app"), available for iOS, Android, and Web. By using Supersticioso, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app.

1. Age Requirement

Supersticioso is intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older, the legal age for lottery participation in Brazil. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Description of Service

Supersticioso is a lottery analysis and management application that offers the following features:

  • Results: view official draw results for Mega-Sena, Lotofácil, and Quina lotteries (operated by Caixa Econômica Federal)
  • Saved plays: store up to 2,000 lottery lines/plays with custom names
  • Ticket scanning: scan lottery tickets via camera (OCR) to save plays automatically
  • Number generators: generate lines based on statistical patterns from past draws
  • Wheeling systems: create structured line sets with mathematical coverage guarantees
  • Statistics: number frequency analysis, hot/cold numbers, and historical patterns
  • Favorites and notifications: track favorite numbers and receive draw result alerts
  • Special Credits: premium currency for advanced generation and analysis features
  • Cloud sync: access your plays across multiple devices

3. Supersticioso is NOT a Betting Platform

This is a fundamental point that must be understood by all users:

  • Supersticioso does not facilitate, process, or manage bets of any kind
  • The app does not sell lottery tickets
  • Number generators and statistical tools are offered for entertainment and personal organization purposes
  • No guarantee of winnings is made or implied by using the app
  • Coverage guarantees in wheeling systems and reduced wheels are mathematical properties of the number sets, and not guarantees of lottery prizes
  • To place your bets, use the official channels of Caixa Econômica Federal
  • Supersticioso has no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from Caixa Econômica Federal

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You can create an account using:

  • Sign in with Google
  • Sign in with Apple
  • Email and password

4.2 User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • Each person should have only one account
  • You are responsible for all activities performed with your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Premium Subscriptions

Supersticioso offers premium subscriptions with the following options:

  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription

5.2 Special Credits

We offer Special Credits packs for advanced features:

  • 1-credit pack
  • 10-credit pack

5.3 Payment Processing

  • All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat
  • We do not collect credit card or banking information

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective store (App Store or Google Play)
  • To cancel your subscription, access the app store settings on your device
  • Deleting your Supersticioso account does not automatically cancel your store subscription

5.5 Special Credits

  • Special Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Unused credits are lost upon account deletion
  • Special Credits refunds follow the policies of the respective store and applicable consumer protection legislation

5.6 Price Changes

Subscription and credit prices may change. Active subscriptions maintain the current price until the renewal date.

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of your saved plays and content generated in the app
  • By using the service, you grant Supersticioso a limited license to store, sync, and display your content exclusively for the purpose of operating the service
  • The storage limit is 2,000 saved plays per account
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data you save

7. Acceptable Use

By using Supersticioso, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription or credit systems
  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Share your login credentials with third parties
  • Interfere with the app's operation or its servers
  • Collect data from other users without authorization

8. Camera and Permissions

  • Camera access is optional and used exclusively for lottery ticket scanning via OCR
  • All image processing occurs on your device, without sending images to external servers
  • You can revoke camera permission at any time in your device settings
  • Push notification permission is also optional and can be managed in the app or device settings

9. Intellectual Property

  • The design, source code, algorithms, and content of Supersticioso are intellectual property protected by law
  • Lottery draw results are public data from Caixa Econômica Federal
  • The statistical and analytical methodologies used in the app are proprietary
  • Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from the app or its algorithms without prior written authorization is prohibited

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Supersticioso is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Specifically, we do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of statistical analyses or generated numbers
  • Results or winnings in lotteries from using the app
  • The accuracy of draw results displayed (data sourced from public Caixa sources)
  • Uninterrupted availability of the service
  • That the app will be free of errors or bugs

Use of the app and its analysis tools is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supersticioso shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses resulting from lottery bets, regardless of whether they were based on information from the app
  • Decisions made based on the app's statistical analyses or number generators
  • Errors in draw result data (sourced from public Caixa Econômica Federal sources)
  • Data loss of saved plays due to device failure (cloud sync is available to mitigate this risk)
  • Temporary unavailability of the service

The maximum liability of Supersticioso, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user in subscriptions during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Consumer Protection

In compliance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990):

  • You have the right to clear and adequate information about the services offered and their prices
  • For digital purchases, the 7-day right of withdrawal applies as provided in Art. 49 of the CDC, where applicable
  • Complaints can be filed on the consumidor.gov.br platform

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil
  • The courts of Rio Grande do Sul - RS are elected as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms
  • For consumer dispute resolution, you may use the consumidor.gov.br platform

14. Termination

14.1 By the User

You can stop using Supersticioso at any time by:

  • Deleting your account directly in the app settings
  • Uninstalling the app from your device

Remember to cancel your subscription in the app store separately.

14.2 By Supersticioso

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use
  • Abusive or fraudulent use of the service is detected
  • Required for legal or security reasons

14.3 Effects of Termination

After account termination:

  • Your personal data and saved plays will be deleted within 30 days
  • Unused Special Credits will be lost
  • Active store subscriptions must be cancelled separately

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If significant changes occur, you will be notified through the app.

Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend periodic review of these Terms.

16. General Provisions

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
  • Supersticioso's failure to exercise any right provided in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Supersticioso regarding the use of the app
